PR Photo Opportunity….

July 22nd, 2010

Club Class Chauffeurs have recently established a new working relationship with a PR Consulting Company called Cloud 9, based in Eastbourne. One of the items that came out of our recent meeting was that it would be a great idea for a photograph to be taken, with some of our chauffeurs, who have passed their NVQ qualification.

We are therefore enlisting your help on a number of fronts:-

1. We would like to have volunteers who have passed their NVQ qualification to put themselves forward to be in this photo (we are looking to enlist around 10 of you, to include both Jon and Paul)

2. Ideas of where we could take a great photograph – we would like something unique/different (perhaps a slight aerial shot with CCC logo on the roof of one of our cars and all chauffeurs surrounding the car holding their NVQ certificates)

3. Any offers of taking the photograph… are there any budding photographers out there that may have an eye for taking a good shot?

4. And for those of you offering to have your photo taken, there will be a small Thank You in the form of a bottle of something alcoholic!!!!!

This would be a good opportunity for you to meet half of our new PR team, Kate McCoy. She will be on hand to guide us in our photo taking and also coming up with a good caption to go with our smiley faces….. The photo would be offered to a local newspaper.

I would be very grateful if you could email Jon directly by Monday 26th July at 12noon if you could help us with this great PR opportunity.

Many thanks,
Sara

Club Class Chauffeurs – A Worthy Donation to Charity

July 9th, 2010

On the 25th June 2010, one of our client’s set about the Three Peaks Challenge, climbing the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales ie Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdon – all within 24 hours…..

In order for the ‘challenge’ to start smoothly we were approached to see whether Club Class Chauffeurs would be willing to donate transport from Eastbourne to Gatwick airport for the team of 11. We were more than happy to do so.

Our client is part of the Eastbourne 32 Round Table and they were raising money for the RNLI, Round Table Children’s Wish and the Prostate Cancer Charity.

Southern Business Awards – 3rd September 2010

July 1st, 2010

Due to our fantastic success at winning the Sussex Express Business Awards 2010 for Customer Service, we have been automatically entered into the Southern Business Awards which will be taking place on 3rd September 2010 at The Grand Hotel, Brighton.

The Southern Business Awards are the county’s most prestigious award scheme, recognising all-round business excellence.

The category that we are automatically entered into is Customer Service.

Jon and I would really welcome your input as to how to word our commitment, service and development of Customer Care. Our wording for this entry needs to be made by the end of August and therefore if I could have your feedback/comments (any at all) by Friday 9th July then this gives Jon and I enough time to put together a really good precis of what and who we are about.

We really appreciate your help in this matter and can only emphasize how important this could be for Club Class Chauffeurs, our marketing effort and of course recognition for ourselves and exisiting clients that they are in the best hands in the market.

Thank you.

Jon and Sara

Ensuring our Passengers’ Comfort

June 29th, 2010

It was lovely to learn the other day that one of our client’s had such a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable journey to London that they wrote to me to personally thank the driver, Vince Coates. Our client’s wife had a major operation and her husband had booked a London theatre performance as something for her to look forward to, however he was concerned over his wife’s comfort in the car.

Not only was Vince aware of her situation but also, with his expert knowledge of London, ensured that they had a smooth and relaxing journey but they also saw several parts of London that they had not seen before.

Well done Vince. Truly going the ‘extra mile’.

London-Brighton Bike Ride: Club Class Chauffeurs Happy to Sponsor

June 25th, 2010

On Sunday one of our clients rallied a team of 20 cyclists to take on the gruelling London – Brighton Bike Ride (and on Father’s Day!).

Club Class Chauffeurs are always willing to sponsor good causes and the London – Brighton Bike Ride was in aid of the British Heart Foundation so it gives us great pleasure to sponsor them.

Thank you Steve Ellis who very kindly offered our client sponsorship out of his own pocket – our client was very moved that you thought of him and his cause.

Direct Feedback: Always Welcome

June 22nd, 2010

We received, upon our Club Class website, a truly glowing report of our services and have summarised the comments as follows. Well done team, both admin, transport and of course our ‘Company Face’… the chauffeurs!

‘I have used Club Class frequently for about 10 years now, in both my past and my present employment. The Company has, in my opinion, always operated faultlessly. The cars are clean and well-maintained. The drivers are friendly and well presented. Bookings are dealt with efficiently and I receive an email confirmation within seconds of my call. Most importantly of all, I have never been let down. I have even, when traffic problems have occurred, had a call from the Company to advise leaving home a little earlier than planned!

I would absolutely recommend the services of Club Class’. Comments made by Jon, Bexhill-on-Sea.

THIS is what we are striving for and obtaining on a daily basis. For someone to take the time and effort to go on our website and write these glorious comments is fantastic. It confirms 100% that Club Class Chauffeurs continue to ‘delight’ our clients – something that is vital for us to remain ahead of the competition especially in such a competitive market.

Well done team. Keep up the good work.

Problems Reaching Gatwick’s North Terminal

June 21st, 2010

Communication within a chauffeur company is absolutely paramount and hence when we receive information from our chauffeurs re road congestion it is imperative that we pass this information along the line.

This is what happened earlier in the week when one of our chauffeur’s, Steve Holter, made a call into our office.

There are ‘improvement building works’ taking place at Gatwick’s North Terminal which has proved problematic for passengers, taxis and chauffeur companies getting through in order to make the relevant drop-offs. There is, as you can imagine, quite a lot of confusion at the terminal with cars stopping all over in order to let passengers out and we therefore felt it imperative to call our clients who will be travelling to Gatwick in the near future, to collect them slightly earlier from their homes in order to give ample time in getting through the congestion.

Thank you Steve for your alertness in contacting the admin/transport team to keep us abreast of problems around the Gatwick terminal. All our chauffers are our ‘eyes and ears’ to what’s happening out there…..  Keep us informed to keep our clients informed - well done all.

Sussex Business Award – Getting it out there…..

June 15th, 2010

This blog is a ‘Can you Help’ …..
As you are all aware, Club Class Chauffeurs have won the Sussex Express Business Award for Customer Care 2010 and Sara has been tirelessly contacting the Press and various publications in order to get some public awareness of our great success, however, at present, to no avail. Does anyone have any contacts in the Press / trade magazine world that you could pass onto Sara in order that she can try down different avenues.

It is such a shame for us not to blow our own trumpet in the public domain. Your help is very much appreciated. Thank you
