Client Feedback… trying to become exceptional
Thursday, October 23rd, 2008We carried out a number of client reviews in December, as we do every year. They give us a chance to see what’s going well and what we could do better. We thanks everyone for their time and input into the reviews, and we’re keen that the feedback will be used to help us keep our standards the very best.
In summary,
* 56% of clients rated us as Exceptional
* 25% rated Club Class as Very Good
* 19% rated Club Class as Good.
We are just about to go through a “Service Excellence Programme” run by EEF South. The programme costs £9000, which is part-funded by the European Social Fund. 46 Corporate Clients were surveyed and their results are then processed and we then get our training plan to continue to improve. The training / process management starts 18th February. Another example of us trying to get to 65% in 2008 as Exceptional!
