What an exciting night Friday 12th March 2010 was.

Club Class Chauffeurs eagerly went along to the East Sussex National Golf Club where we were nominated for two categories; Business of the Year (over 10 employees) and Customer Service.

We were up against some very strong local competition and thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening so what a lovely surprise it was to hear that Club Class Chauffeurs had won the category of Customer Service 2010.

Customer Service is so important to Club Class and to be acknowledged that we have met such a high standard is thrilling news.

I now have a gorgeous glass ‘award’ in my office that will take pride of place in our new offices as of next week.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all Club Class staff / drivers who have helped us gain this tremendous accolade. Well done and thank you all.

At last – the paperwork for the purchase of No.5 is all signed and completed and Club Class Chauffeurs and Club Class Insurance Services will be moving into new offices and open for business as usual on Tuesday 23rd March.

At present we are all hands at the ready with packing up boxes, sending old PCs/printers and monitors to local charities and, of course, recycling everything that is not needed.

We have the builders, plumbers and electricians in at the moment making No.5 a workable space.  Our decorators are arriving late next week and the telephone network / alarm system being installed on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th.  Carpets arriving on Monday 22nd….

As you can see it’s a quick turnaround now so if any staff members or drivers are free and willing to lend a hand on the evening of Monday 22nd to help move chairs, furniture, boxes, clean etc etc from No.1 to No.5, your help would be much appreciated (refreshments will be provided).  Please email or call Sara if you are able to help (drivers obviously work allowing).   Club Class Needs You!!!!!

We do have a little breathing space as our lease on No.1 expires on Thursday 25th however, we would really like to be fully up and running sooner rather than later……

At the end of April, we are planning on having an Open Evening to show off our new premises to staff, clients, suppliers and the press!!! Sara will keep you all informed when this event will be taking place.

Following the normal daily driving routine for one of our drivers, namely; Vince Coates, our client was discussing oil providers and whether there were any alternative providers out there. Vince knew of such a one and not only recommended this provider to our client but followed up the journey by forwarding details onto her.
