Club Class Chauffeurs / Club Class Insurance: Moving Offices

Thursday, February 11th, 2010

Club Class are in the process of purchasing a new unit just around the corner from No.1, namely No.5. The purchase should be completed any day now where we have a team of builders ready to move in and make the office space habitable. We will hopefully be in situ by mid March. Instead of renting office space, No.5 will actually be owned by Club Class.

This purchase will dramatically reduce our costs in terms of rent and rates and adds real strength to our balance sheet in the form of bricks and mortar.

We will let you know when all works are completed and would welcome the opportunity of showing you around!!

Club Class are currently working towards an Investors in People accreditation. The Investors in People Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation’s performance through its people. As part of the process we have recently had a Pre Assessment. The purpose of this assessment is to identify key objectives that need to be achieved in order to meet the required standard.

This will enable Club Class to meet the Company Objective to be an Investors in People Accredited Company by 31st March 2009. To demonstrate our commitment at this point we have recently completed and submitted our Letter of Commitment to the IIP process. Client Feedback… trying to become exceptional

Thursday, October 23rd, 2008

We carried out a number of client reviews in December, as we do every year. They give us a chance to see what’s going well and what we could do better. We thanks everyone for their time and input into the reviews, and we’re keen that the feedback will be used to help us keep our standards the very best.

In summary,

* 56% of clients rated us as Exceptional
* 25% rated Club Class as Very Good
* 19% rated Club Class as Good.

We are just about to go through a “Service Excellence Programme” run by EEF South. The programme costs £9000, which is part-funded by the European Social Fund. 46 Corporate Clients were surveyed and their results are then processed and we then get our training plan to continue to improve. The training / process management starts 18th February. Another example of us trying to get to 65% in 2008 as Exceptional!

Got any feedback of your own? Why not contact us and have your say!
