The Client
A large stationary manufacturer spending approximately £130k per annum on Executive Chauffeur Services.

The Problem
The client used a high level airport chauffeur service, only using ‘S’ Class Mercedes. This chauffeur service was available for Engineers and Senior Management alike. The client wanted to reduce the costs but it was essential they maintained the efficient, professional standard for all their chauffeur requirements. They required flexibility in terms of the choice of vehicles available.

The Solution
Club Class provided the efficient administrative and professional chauffeur service required. Due to the size and diversity of Club Class’ fleet of vehicles, we provided standard saloons through to Executive vehicles. The client reduced their costs from £130k down to £65k in the first year.
Club Class have been successfully servicing this account for 4 years and continue to do so.

The Client
A large Pharmaceutical company, based in the outskirts of Oxford, spending in excess of £100k on airport chauffeur services and local taxi requirements.

The Problem
They used several different taxi/chauffeur companies to fulfil their requirement as no single local supplier had the resource available. This became an administrative ‘hassle’ for the client. They had different points of booking, different invoices to reconcile, each company having different processes, charges and standards of service.

The Solution
Club Class provided a complete solution; one point for all administration; standard consistent high levels of service; one monthly referenced invoice.

Club Class have successfully serviced this client for 4 years and continue to do so. As a result of the high degree of satisfaction, Club Class won their Dartford office business in 2008.

The Client
Based in West Sussex, a developer of visual display systems spending approximately £60k on airport chauffeur services.

The Problem
The client used a local ‘one man band’ airport Chauffeur service, who completed the journeys himself. He could of course only complete one journey at a time and frequently became ‘fully booked’. He could not always answer the phone, deal with enquiries and take bookings as the client would wish as he would be out on the road. Due to the niche markets this client operates in, they had to employ their staff with the skills required and thus they lived throughout the South of England and not necessarily local to their offices. The client needed to make a lot of changes and last minute bookings to meet their global clients requirements. The incumbent charged from his base, to the pick up point to the airport proving very costly.

The Solution
Club Class provided a fully functioning administrative centre, operating 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year. The client gained the confidence that Club Class would always provide the resource the client required even with last minute amendments and bookings. The client saved money for the journeys for staff who lived out of area as Club Class only charge passenger travelling miles and not the round trip.
