We recently took a call from a customer that had booked two cars with us. She had used our services before linked through a ‘Cruise’ company in December 2011 and thought both our drivers were so great, so smartly dressed and was just so impressed with the service offered by these two drivers.

Following on from these journeys, she has subsequently booked further cars and wishes to remain a customer of ours. It just goes to show that if we give the best Customer Service possible, then our customers will keep coming back.

Dear All

I am very keen this year to get Club Class more involved in Charity work, both locally and nationally and as such I would like to organise Club Class’ very first Golf Day. The Charity we are supporting is Sports Relief 2012.

I would therefore like to invite you along to attend Club Class’ Corporate Charity Golf Day which will be held on Friday 23rd March 2012 at Willingdon Golf Club, Southdown Road, Willingdon, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN20 9AA.

I am looking for parties of ideally 4 with the Golf Day being open to not only yourselves but also your work colleagues/acquaintances and/or friends.

The cost for the day would be £50pp which would include the following along with guide timings:-

12noon Welcome Coffee / Bacon Sandwich
1pm Tee off
7.30pm Three course dinner in the restaurant (starter, carvery main, dessert)

The format of the day’s golfing will be 18 holes playing by Stableford rules. We will have a nearest the pin competition along with the longest drive!

After the dinner we will be holding a Raffle with all the proceeds going to Sports Relief. Should your Company wish to offer a Raffle prize for the evening we would be very grateful to hear from you.

Please note that not only have Willingdon Golf Club offered their fantastic support to us for the day but they have very kindly offered reduced green fees etc to us in order that more money can be raised. We are most thankful to them for offering this.

If you are interested in joining Club Class for the day please liaise directly with my PA, Sara Hill, who is organising the event. Please note that we would like to extend the dinner invitation out to partners, colleagues, acquaintances etc, so please feel free to extend this to whomever you feel appropriate (additional cost being £20pp).

What a fantastic evening we at Club Class Chauffeurs had at the recent 23rd Sussex Business Awards held at The Grand Hotel, Brighton on the 1st December.

The event was very well attended with some of the county’s leading business figures including, the Lord Lieutenant of East Sussex Mr Peter Field, Mayor of Brighton and Hove Councillor, Anne Meadows, John Barradell, Chief Executive of Brighton and Hove City Council and Caroline Lucas MP plus, of course, the judges.

The audience were warmed up by local Brighton comedian Stephen Grant and the awards were presented by BBC1’s The Apprentice star, Ruth Badger.

And now, how did we do:
Club Class Chauffeurs were awarded ‘Highly Commended for Best Employer in Sussex’ plus ‘Highly Commended for Best Customer Service in Sussex’. An absolutely fantastic achievement.
Plus, and Club Class are delighted to say, that Jon was awarded with the very prestigious Sussex Businessperson of the Year.

On his win, Jon said, “I am tremendously honoured to be awarded Sussex Businessperson of the Year. Thanks go to my fantastic team at Club Class Chauffeurs and also to the judges involved in the Awards scheme. It certainly is a great way to round-off the year.”

We did it!

Club Class cycled from Eastbourne to London Heathrow AND BACK with the leg power of not only office staff but also chauffeurs. Well done team. It was so enjoyable that we are thinking of getting an exercise bike as a permanent feature in the office!

We raised over £130 for Children in Need which I know they will put to great use.

My thanks go out to not only City Gym in Eastbourne for lending us the exercise bike but also to Chris Bheemul in Waitrose for supplying us with an abundance of lovely biscuits and drinks to make our efforts that bit easier.

We have recently learned that we are shortlisted for the upcoming Sussex Business Awards 2011 in two categories, namely Customer Service and Best Employer of the Year. The Awards Ceremony will be taking place at The Grand Hotel, Brighton on Thursday 1st December 2011 where we will not only find out whether we have won these very prestigious Awards but also, I am personally nominated for an Award, namely, The Sussex Businessperson of the Year.
