As always it is great to receive great feedback about our team delivering above the call of duty – but of late we have received some exceptional feedback about one particular chap from a variety of clients. So thought I’d post the most recent client feedback for all to see.

In such a tough climate it is essential we do more than the competition and do it better than everybody else – I think the following comments demonstrate how we  exceed client expectations – Great work John and my peronal thanks to you for all your hard work and endeavours.

To Whom it may concern

I would like to thank John Wilkinson for the excellent service he provided both on Friday 18th September and Sunday 20th September for my return trip to the Radisson Edwardian Hotel at Heathrow Airport. John was kind and courteous at all times. The drive was extremely smooth and surprisingly John offered to carry my luggage to my door as he could stop directly outside. I would like to commend John for his excellent service and will personally recommend both John and Club Class Chauffeurs wherever possible, in the meantime I wanted to pass on to you my gratitude on how enjoyable and pleasant John made my trip, and thought you would like to know how your staff represent your company. I shall personally ask for John when I book you again.
