Exceptional Customer Care

It is imperative that in todays markets that all companies provide exceptional customer service, which is why it is extremely pleasing to have just received a telephone call from one of our regular clients to express her thanks for exceptional service provided.

Mrs F needed a car to take her to the osteopath as a result of a bad back with one hours notice. Not only was her call greeted with a ‘no problem’ attitude by Joanne Pennells but the car duly arrived on time. The driver, Steve Holter, could not have been more helpful. He assisted the client at every opportunity, adjusting the seats in the car to ensure maximum comfort and drove very carefully, with pleasant conversation en route. On arrival offered to help the client to the door. Mrs F said “Club Class could not have done any more, you certainly went the extra mile”.

My thanks to you all for the excellent service you provide to all our clients, particularly to Joanne and Steve for poviding a very long standing client with such an exceptional standard of service.
