Success for Club Class Chauffeurs

What an exciting night Friday 12th March 2010 was.

Club Class Chauffeurs eagerly went along to the East Sussex National Golf Club where we were nominated for two categories; Business of the Year (over 10 employees) and Customer Service.

We were up against some very strong local competition and thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening so what a lovely surprise it was to hear that Club Class Chauffeurs had won the category of Customer Service 2010.

Customer Service is so important to Club Class and to be acknowledged that we have met such a high standard is thrilling news.

I now have a gorgeous glass ‘award’ in my office that will take pride of place in our new offices as of next week.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all Club Class staff / drivers who have helped us gain this tremendous accolade. Well done and thank you all.

Jon

    Congrtulations. That’s a Brilliant achievement..

I can quite believe you won the Customer Service award. I used to chat with Joanne Pennells for our company bookings and she’s great to work with. Such a fun, bubbly person.

Even if I forgot to re-book their flight change I was never made to feel guilty, like I do now with our current taxi company……..

Keep up the Good Work. I wish we could support you more.

    Kind Regards

As the new (But OLD) kid on the block, I would just like to say a VERY WELL DONE to all at Club Class for winning this very prestigious award. I have only been with the company for some 6 weeks now but am really enjoying the job. I have met some smashing people (clients) and I can well understand from their feedback why Club Class have won this award and why as a company it has been so successful; long may it continue

Well done everyone. It’s been a hard period for ANY small business but cutomer service is always what will separate you from other businesses at the end of the day.

An extremely well deserved recognition of an organisation who do things properly.

When you are in the second half of your eightieth decade you don’t need unreliable or laissez fare service,
second class attention or the surliness sometimes experienced from taxi drivers.

Keep up the good work, we appreciate you service and attention to detail
