Last month, Club Class Chauffeurs were delighted to be asked to donate an auction prize in order to assist INC Research UK Ltd raise funds for their designated charities; this year being Breakthrough Breast Cancer and the Prostate Cancer charities.
We were delighted to offer a transfer from the winner’s home to their local airport (mileage allowance of 100 miles) and we are happy to announce that one of their employee’s in their Battle office was the highest bidder for our prize.
Club Class Chauffeurs are always happy to assist local charities and are pleased that on this occasion we could offer a worthy prize.

We thought we would pass on the exciting news that Club Class Chauffeurs Limited are a finalist at the Southern Business Awards 2011 (automatic entry following our fantastic ‘win’ at the Eastbourne Herald Business Awards Club 2010).
The Southern Business Awards is a very prestigious event and the award ceremony takes place at The Grand Hotel in Brighton on 2nd September.
We will of course keep you updated as to our progress.
I am very pleased to announce that Jackie Parks, in our Club Class Insurance Services team, has successfully passed her Certificate IF5, Examination in Motor Insurance exam. Jackie is currently studying for her IF1, General, Legal and Regulatory exam and we wish her every success.
Congratulations Jackie on your IF5 pass. Keep studying!

We received a call from some of our clients the other day to say how absolutely delighted they were that after their flight was delayed by 1.5hours, Club Class Chauffeurs were still at the airport to greet them.
Club Class Chauffeurs’ Customer Care is paramount to the running of our business and as such keeping on top of flight delays, traffic jams and so on is incredibly important
Needless to say, our clients were overjoyed at being met at the airport after a stressful flight and subsequently we made the last leg of their journey a relaxed and seamless event.
This just goes to show that sometimes the little things that we all do, and we all do as second nature, contribute to our clients receiving exceptional levels of service and gratitude!

Following Club Class Chauffeurs’ IIP recognition, we decided to organise a photo shoot on the South Downs highlighting our sheer delight in becoming the ONLY chauffeur company in the county to be awarded such a highly prestigious accolate.

Club Class Chauffeurs had the need the other day to collect a gentleman from Swindon Railway Station and transfer him to his local airport. Our driver made sure that he contacted the client, via mobile, to enquire as to the progress of the train in order to ascertain as to whether he would reach the airport on time.
Our client informed us, via email, of his excellent journey; our driver was early at the station and as contact had been made to ascertain the train’s arrival, the onward journey to the airport was hassle-free.
Our client mentioned that he won’t hesitate to recommend our services and cannot wait to use us again. He has since stipulated that he wishes to open an account with us. Well done Jack.
