How do I make a booking?

Bookings can be made by phone, fax or email or through our website, simply by clicking on the ‘Contact Us’ or ‘Quote’ links on every page. Our phone lines are manned 24 hours a day. On receipt of your booking you will receive confirmation and full information by return

The information we will require from you at the time of booking is:

  • Your departure date/return date
  • Flight departure time/arrival time
  • How many passengers travelling
  • How much luggage you will be taking
  • Any other useful information

Your booking will then be confirmed by email, fax or post.

When do I pay for my booking?

To pay for your airport transfer or long distance booking, you can either make payment by cheque prior to your reservation or by credit card. We accept most major credit/debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express.

Can I make alterations or amendments to my booking?

To make an alteration to your airport transfer or long distance booking you will need to contact our office and advise us of the booking amendment as soon as possible. Fees may apply for amendments, please see our terms and conditions for full details.

How do I cancel my booking?

If you wish to cancel your booking you will need to notify us by phone, email or post. Depending on how close to your date of travel we receive your cancellation will depend on the refund. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

How do I find my chauffeur at the airport?

Your airport transfer chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a Club Class Chauffeur board, with your name and destination clearly displayed. In the unlikely event you are unable to locate your driver, please call our office where we will contact the driver to advise him of your location. It is advisable in this event to make your way to the airport information desk within the arrivals hall, where the driver will then locate you.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor incoming flight arrival times so that your airport transfer chauffeur will be waiting for you when your flight arrives. If there are any delays we reschedule our work to accommodate the delay with no charge (or further delay!!) to the client.
