Booking FAQs


What information do I need to provide?

The information we require from you at the time of booking is:

  • Your departure date/return date
  • Flight departure time/arrival time
  • How many passengers travelling
  • How much luggage you will be taking
  • Any other useful information

On receipt of your booking you will receive confirmation by return email.

Once your payment has been accepted we will email you a receipt.


When do I pay for my booking?

To pay for your airport transfer or long distance booking, you can pay by cheque or card at the time of booking. We accept most major credit/debit cards, including American Express.


Can I make alterations or amendments to my booking?

To make an alteration to your airport transfer or long distance booking you will need to contact our office and advise us of the booking amendment as soon as possible. Fees may apply for amendments, please see our terms and conditions for full details.


How do I cancel my booking?

If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify us by phone, email or post.
You are entitled to a refund depending on how far in advance of travel you notify us. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.


How do I find my chauffeur at the airport?

Your Club Class chauffeur will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall. The driver will have a Club Class Chauffeur board, with your name and destination clearly displayed.
In the unlikely event you are unable to locate your driver, please call our office where we will contact the driver to advise him of your location. It is advisable in this event to make your way to the airport information desk within the arrivals hall, where the driver will then locate you.


What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor incoming flight arrival times so that your airport transfer chauffeur will be waiting for you when your flight arrives. If there are any delays we reschedule our work to accommodate the delay with no charge (or further delay) to the client.
